Cryopreserved Leukopaks RUO serve as a reliable and convenient leukocyte source for research applications, enabling extended storage while ensuring the cells' viability for on-demand use, reducing the need for frequency of donor collections. Our processing protocol, conducted in biosafety cabinets outside of the cleanroom confines, offers ultimate flexibility. The cryopreservation technique preserves the functionality and integrity of the leukocytes, ensuring consistent and reproducible results in your research endeavors.
- HLA typing, KIR typing, and additional specialized infectious disease testing may be performed on donors as requested to meet specific client requirements.
- Collections are performed nationwide across our network of Red Cross leukopak collection sites.
- 2x Total Blood Volume to be processed, volumes available include Tenth (30mL) and Quarter (70mL) total product volume.
*Concurrent plasma upon request. - Processing: Ficoll separation, or separation according to client requirements.
- Certificate of Conformance and/or a Certificate of Analysis provided upon request.
- Delivery: Same day in select geographies, Overnight available to all geographies in the US, International delivery dependent upon courier.
